What's the Akashic Records?

The term Akashic is derived from the Sanskrit word "Akasha" meaning sky, ether, heaven, or primary substance; this is in relation to the invisible yet infinite element making up the Records. The Akashic Records is a soul level dimension of consciousness serving as a vibrational archive of every soul and its journey. As human beings, we experience two different realms: the physical and the spiritual. Think of the Akashic Records simply as an energetic database or field that holds all the soul level information of both dimensions; in quantum physics it is known as the zero point field or the vacuum state that contains no physical particles, and is the energy of the ground state. This Akasha is the presence of life itself and is the raw material of life force. This energetic realm is essentially the subtle connective tissue emanating from the Soul to Source, and is interconnected with the grand ocean of all life and consciousness. Each Soul has its own Record, and all the information about every choice the Soul has ever made is imprinted within it. This dimension of consciousness feeds us our Souls divine codes, gifts, and life force. The Akashic Records has long been, and still is, tapped into as a spiritual resource for discovering your souls essence and expansion. Since the Records contain a vast amount of information and wisdom, it holds the possibility of retrieving transformative value (if accessed in a very precise and intentional way). Each Record has two main components: one permanent , the other evolving. The permanent part is the blueprint of the Soul, the essential and eternal impression of the Soul that is the Divine ideal for that individual. Corresponding to the soul blueprint, is the evolving part: the list of lifetimes lived through which the Soul becomes aware or unaware of his or her soul identity. This creates the foundation of living an aligned or misaligned life, impacting all aspect of the Souls evolution.
