About
Sarah is a teacher that leads with diverse skills and experience, having over 800 hours of training. She lives in Fort Collins, Colorado having moved from Miami, Florida after extensive travel to search for a new place to call home. Her yogic path began over 10 years ago after a previous dance background in the performing arts realm. She began teaching 7 years ago after shifting career paths, deciding to devote herself fully to the path of yoga. She deeply believes in the power of transformation through yoga, as it has led her towards her own journey of self-rediscovery and embodiment. Her intention is to offer guidance, inspire transformation, share yogic wisdom, radical love, while still devoting herself to the practice and embodiment of it. She is of service through her teachings and experiences, offering a loving space for all to explore and reunite.

Her yoga practice has inspired her to travel across the world to further her studies in India and Europe. She teaches integrated vinyasa yoga, sivananda yoga,
hot yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, chair yoga, and aerial yoga. She has also studied ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, providing private ayurvedic coaching sessions to incorporate a more holistic method of healing by recognizing the body, mind, and spiritual interconnectedness for overall health.
Her journey continues to expand and the process of natural healing has encouraged her to become certified in herbalism and medicine making, along with Reiki (energetic healing). She then completed a spiritual transformation program, soul realignment: developing the art of Akashic Record Channeling, and has begun sharing this soul activating modality with her students. Most recently, she dedicated herself to another foundational teacher training with the Colorado School of Yoga.
Moreover, through her love for movement and music, Sarah offers powerful events infusing movement, live meditation music, and yoga techniques. As of late, she has collaborated to host transformative goddess circles to create a deep spiritual sisterhood devoted to the feminine energies and arts. She continues to travel, leading and hosting spiritual retreats offering all her wisdom through experience. She is now on to her next quest for knowledge, uncovering skills to further be a source of support for all those who seek!
